The pefect
Cleansers and Homemade Body Scrub for you
My
homemade body scrubs are an important part of the natural beauty
regime. They exfoliate or remove dead skin cells, which improves the
texture of the skin and allows it to retain more moisture. This, in
turn, enhances the efficiency of moisturizing lotions and
creams.
Depending
on your skin type, cleansing scrubs should be used two to three times a
week to keep the skin clean and healthy free

Don’t
forget classic rough skin areas such as knees, heels, and elbows. When,
making homemade body scrubs to use on your face, grind the ingredients
as finely as possible. Treat your skin with care and gently scrub in a
circular motion. Rinse the skin thoroughly and always pat, never rub,
your skin dry. The products contained in this section require general
care and storage
guidelines.
Simple
homemade cleansers and other organic beauty products are used to keep the skin soft and clean by lifting off
surface dirt and impurities. Soap is the classic cleanser but can
sometimes be too harsh or drying for some skin types. There are many
cleansing products that can be used as alternatives to soap. Oatmeal,
for example, makes a mild cleanser. I like to use plain yogurt to clean
my skin and keep it soft.
