Natural Nail
Care
Strong healthy nails and natural
nail care go hand in hand and is really
easy to achieve. Not enough protein can make your nails brittle and
dull, eating a proper diet can help with organic nail care. Keeping them well
moisturized is also important, our nails are porous and gives off
moisture a hundred times as fast as the skin. Wearing gloves while
working with cleaning chemicals, gardening, and at night after applying
an oil or cream to them while you sleep is also always good
to
do.
Jojoba

One
trick for keeping your cuticles soft is to soak your nails in warm
water for ten minutes, then rub this natural nail care oil treatment

body
oils in texture, and is easily absorbed by the skin and nails.

Mix together all three oils. Massage a small amount into your cuticles.
